  • What is your Order Processing Policy
    We process all orders in the order they are received. Orders cannot be changed once processed. If we have not filled the order yet, you may request that we cancel it completely, and then you may create a new order. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel an order. Please review all order details carefully before finalizing. We do not backorder products. In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will contact you to discuss replacement/refund options.


    What is your Shipping Policy
    Orders are processed within 48-72 hours of receipt. Orders are usually shipped on Thursdays and Saturdays. For more details refer to our Shipping Policy.


    What is your Returns Policy
    Due to the fact that our soaps are personal care products, we cannot accept any returned item that has been opened or used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, sealed, unworn or unused, with tags. For more details refer to our Returns Policy


    How do you handle Order Cancellations
    If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be solely responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location.

    Do you have Product Warranties
    No warranties are made by Dvine Dailyz whether expressed or implied. Dvine Dailyz does not provide any warranty of the items whatsoever, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the contents of the item will be error-free. Products are represented accurately on our website, therefore are sold as-is seen.
